Delivery Terms and Liability Notice

A few important notes:

  • Our trucks do not leave hard surfaces or enter alleys.
  • Products like boulders and rocks may crack or break during transport. We take every precaution, but we cannot refund or replace damaged items.
  • Maple 85 is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, streets, or surrounding property caused by delivery trucks or materials.

We can bring both in one trip (if weight / volume allows). Just a $26 drop fee — less than paying for two separate deliveries.

If our driver is facing your home, would you like the product(s) dumped: Right *or* left side of your driveway? Closer to the home *or* closer to the street? > Note: We *only* deliver on hard surfaces, driveways, or street placement. We do not deliver in alleyways, through backyards, or on grass. This protects your property and our equipment. For street placement, customers must provide cones for the designated drop location in accordance with city regulations.
Are there any potential delivery dumping obstructions?*
Low hanging tree branches, powerlines, basketball hoops, narrow driveway, unmovable vehicle (e.g. boat), etc. Our trucks need a minimum 19-foot vertical clearance to dump.
